  • PIT ADMISSION:  Weekend Pass purchased Thursday or Friday $80  / Saturday Only $50
    • – No individual pit passes will be sold Thursday or Friday.  Wristband must be kept on.
  • Pit Pass Trailer:  Located in the main arena parking Lot 2.
  • Pit Pass Sales Begin: Thursday 12pm, Friday 10am, Saturday 11am
  • Minimum Age 14 Years Old – 
    • To accommodate team members under 14,  each team can request under age passes at standard pricing.    These passes will be marked and separate from the regular pit passes. Once practice begins each night and the race track is “hot”, anyone with an underage pass must go upstairs to the main seating area.   Anyone caught in the garage area when the track is hot, will have their wristband removed and lose access for the rest of the weekend.

 

  • GRANDSTAND TICKETS:  Saturday Lower Level Reserved / Upper Level GA.
    • Friday Night – All Seats General Admission – Pit Pass good for GA Seating Only
    • Tickets available in advance through www.ticketmaster.com
    • Tickets available at the Box Office on event days.  Tickets increase $5 Day of Event.

  • TRAILER PARKING:  See Separate Trailer Parking Info Sheet – TRAILER PARKING PROCEDURES
    • All trailers will be marshaled over to arena for unloading.
    • Thursday, February 20 – Trailer Marshaling Begins 10am
    • Friday, February 21 – Trailering Parking Begins 9am
  • TRANSPONDERS:  
    • All cars must have a working AMB Transponder.
    • Transponders should be mo­­unted normally.  Loop is in the race track for this event.
    • Transponders will be available for rent for a monetary fee.
  • One-Way Radios:
    • One-way radios are mandatory.   Frequency is 454.000.
    • NO two-way communication between driver and crew.
    • Racing Electronics / Waddel Communications Will Be On Site.
  • FUEL:  All cars must arrive with empty fuel tanks & be inspected before purchasing fuel.
    • – VP Racing fuels will be on site to service event.
    • – Methanol Only / Cash Only!
