California sensation Rico Abreu confirmed he’ll be racing a TQ-Midget for the first time when the winter Indoor Racing Series comes to Atlantic City, N.J. on January 28 - 29, 2016. Abreu has accepted a ride offered to him by former Atlantic City winner Lou Cicconi.
